A new lawsuit against celebrity hairstylist Frédéric Fekkai alleges disturbing details of his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, including Epstein directing him to groom victims like dolls and to dye their hair a specific color. Victims claim that Fekkai and the other defendants enabled Epstein’s gender-motivated violence for years. Katie Phang walks through the lawsuit and details the history of allegations against Fekkai, including his referral to the DOJ.

All right, folks. We got some news on the civil lawsuit front concerning Jeffrey Epstein and the Epstein files. Here's a lawsuit brought September 1st, 2026 in the Supreme Court of the State of New York. This is a state lawsuits brought by seven plaintiffs, five Jane Doe's and then two plaintiffs, Kirsty Ferguson and Audra Christensen. It's against three defendants. Frederick Fakai, Frederick Fakai and Company LLC, and Patrick Kums.
This lawsuit is very interesting. The timing of it is interesting, especially because we know that back on June 4th of 2026, House Oversight made a referral to Todd Blanche, who was then the acting attorney general of the Department of Justice. And this referral was done. I guess referral is the wrong uh phrase or word. It's a request by the House Oversight Committee that the DOJ use all 1 minuteavailable tools, including
immunity for certain witnesses, to investigate the allegations against and any other criminal conduct committed by Philip Lavine and Frederick Fkai. Now, this is because during the May 21st, 2026 transcribed interview of Sarah Kellen, the longtime personal assistant to Jeffrey Epstein, she told House Oversight during questioning that she had been abused by Frederick Fkai. Um, I have the excerpts that relate to him from Sarah Kellen's transcribed interview and I want to go
through them with you at this time before we get into the details of this new lawsuit. According to Sarah Kellen's transcribed interview, remember this is not a sworn deposition. This was not by way of a subpoena. This is a quote voluntary transcribed interview. So, I know false statements to Congress is punishable, but look, a sworn deposition is different by way of subpoena. So, page 31, Sarah Kellen says, in response to
the question, did anyone associated with Mr. Epste abuse you? Answer, yes. Question, who? Answer, Frederick Fikai. Also, Philip Lavine Glenn, obviously. Page 32. Question, when did Frederick Fikai abuse you? Answer, in Maui. when he asked me to come be in a hair show that didn't exist and then he had me staying in his hotel room and I didn't have any money to get my own hotel room or fly back and he
took advantage of me that night. Now, right now would be a good time to refresh your recollection about who Frederick Fakai is. Frederick Fakai is a renowned hair stylist, hair colorist. He's been on that hair industry scene for decades. He is quote a celebrity hair stylist, I guess, if you had to use a phrase to describe who he is. And he's obviously a man of great wealth and influence and means which
falls within the Epstein elite as I define it. People with money means and influence. Frederick Fai having a known documented professional relationship with the exchange of millions of dollars from Jeffrey Epstein to Frederick Fakai for his services. The allegations include and it's known and documented in the Epstein files that Epstein would send girls, women, people to Frederick Fakai. he would pay Frederick Fakai for those services. Um there was also financial support
provided for the launching of salons. Um and that Frederick Fakai actually had one of his salons in Les Wexner's building in Manhattan. And so the connections are there. And when you look at some of the 3,120 hits that come up in the Epstein files in the DOJ publicly available database for Frederick Fakai, a lot of it documents payments, receipts for payments that were made by Jeffrey Epstein for services provided by Frederick
Fakai that becomes very relevant to the lawsuit. But I just wanted to let you guys know who Frederick Fakai is. I thought that was 4 minutesimportant at this time. Here's an interesting pit bit of trivia. In 2025, the official price for a haircut with him, Frederick Fikai, at the salon in the Mark Hotel costs $1,000 US. [snorts] And that is actually from the Fikai website for his salon at the Mark. $1,000.
Now, $1,000. Yeah, guess what? Jeffrey Epstein had the money. He was able to make payments for those services. So, let's get back to Sarah Kellen's transcribed interview. Still on page 32. Question, did anyone witness the abuse by Frederick Fakai or Philip Lavine? Answer, no. Question, did you tell anyone? Answer, no. Question, do you believe Mr. Epste knew about the abuse? Answer, I believe he would have known about Frederick. Clearly, he was
not a Victoria Secret Scout and that's what they were posturing him to be. Question, did Frederick Fakai abuse any others? Answer, I don't know. Later on, Lauren Boowbert asking Sarah Kellen, you had mentioned that there were at least three other abusers. Are those the only three other abusers or were you abused by anyone else? Answer: Jeffrey Galen, Philip Lavine, and Frederick Fakai. Patrick Damashi. Nothing happened, but he tried. Patrick Damashi is
a famous de marelier, famous fashion photographer. Page 120. This is Sarah Kellen recounting an understanding of the relationship with Jeffrey Epstein and Freda Fkai. Jeffrey took me and himself in Glenn. We all went to Fikai salon to get our hair done. And I believe that Jeffrey helped broker a deal with Fikai and LB Brands, Les Wexner's company. I believe they bought Fikai's brand. Question, do you know when that deal would have
been? Answer: It was during my employment because I remember his salon changed locations. It was like near the Chanel building at first and then it moved to um Henry Bendelle which less Wexner owned. Question. Okay. So early on in your employment or answer maybe within the first few years. Question. So was your understanding of the relationship Epstein and Fakai a social relationship or a business relationship? Answer: both would be my understanding.
I do remember a flight that Fakkai took on his plane to Paris one time. Question for social activities. Answer, I think he was just catching a ride. Well, you don't just catch a ride with a stranger, right? Question, do you know how the two of them met? Answer, I don't. Question, it was before you met Fikai and Epste. Answer, correct. Question, and you mentioned that you and Galen and Epste would go
and get your haircut there. Are you aware of other women that either worked for Epste or were just in his orbit that would also go in their haircut with Fakai? Answer yes. Question: Were you aware of Epstein introducing women to Fakai? Answer: Fikhai introduced me to Epstein the first time I met him. Question, okay, but not Epstein. Answer, I don't know the other way. So, that's from Sarah Kellen's transcribed interview. Take
it with a grain of salt, of course. And then one of my favorite people that I think is just ridiculous that claims she didn't know what the hell is going on is Kathy Rumler, who I've covered here at Katy Fang News, former White House counsel and Obama, etc., etc. Anyway, I'm looking at these Epstein Files Transparency Act documents. This one is EFTA 329139 dated February 15th, 2016. This is a receipt sent
from Frederick Fakai located on Fifth Avenue to a redacted name. Um, and [snorts] it says receipt attached and it says for Kathy Rumler. So Kathy's getting her high-end hair services. Here's another one. EFTA 339058 September 24th, 2015. Need receipt for Kathy Rumler's hair appointments. Plural appointments paid for by Jeffrey Epstein. Must be a perk for Kathy. And then here's an interesting email exchange. It actually made me a little sad to read
this one because this girl seems [snorts] so naive. Um, sadly. EFTA 2199528. EFTA 2199529. It's an email chain and it's dated January 8th, 2017. So remember folks, this is way after Epstein has got his sweetheart plea deal in the mid 2000s. He's done his quote time on the state plea that he got from the Palm Beach County State Attorney's Office. And this is two years before he gets indicted by the Southern
District of New York. This girl asks Jeffrey January 8th, 2017, and her name is redacted. May I please go get highlights and a cut at Fikai? Jeffrey answers, of course. By the way, you never have to ask me again. and you go anytime you feel like it and as much as you want including just a blow if you are going out etc. She then forwards Jeffrey's response to quote mom and Randy
Wright. Sounds like mom and maybe somebody who has I don't know some relationship with mom. She says how about that answer. Wow. Randy Wright says it's a great relationship with continuously demonstrated unswing support in both directions. Who is Fikai? smiley face. She answers yes. Frederick Fakai Salon is one of the top salons in New York. Frederick and J Jeffrey Epstein are friends, but the prices are outrageous. I almost feel guilty going
there. I had my haircut and highlighted for about $800 last time I was there. Crazy. And the really amazing thing is it's always swamped when I go in. Who are all these people that can afford those prices? And she sends the Wikipedia page and the website for Frederick Fakai. Randy Wright says, "So, is it his treat when you go?" And she writes back, "Correct." Like I said, this kind of this exchange
makes me kind of sad because kind of like the awe of this girl thinking that Epstein's being generous, right? Because he's just being nice. Please, people, please. So, this gets us to the lawsuit because it ends up being incredibly relevant. This New York state-based lawsuit brought by seven plaintiffs against Fikai, his company, and a guy named Patrick Kums. The allegations fit with this MO that we're reading about, right? It starts with
on August 31st, 2026, Representative Thomas Massie named Frederick Fakai as one of 14 Jeffrey Epstein co-conspirators who should be investigated and prosecuted. Fkai was an enabler of Epstein's abuse of victims and plaintiffs. Fakai and his salons and entities acted as a perks machine. Did I not just say perk? regarding Kathy Rumler for Epstein for over 15 years, enabling Epstein to control and abuse young women while Frederick Fakai gained a financial financial
windfall. Without Epstein, Fakai brands would not have grown into the billion-dollar beauty product mainstay. Without Epstein, Fakai product would not have landed at stores like Victoria's Secret, a company owned by Les Wexner. And we all know the Epstein and Less Wexner relationship. Bloomberg News reported that Epstein connected Fakai to global businessmen in Hong Kong and Epstein helped form his hair care products company. So Epste used Fakai and his entities to control
and further abuse the victims and in turn fail made millions. Jane Doe's one through five, Kirsty Ferguson and Audrey Christensen were sent to Fakai by Epstein during which services were always provided under Epstein's direction and control. Now here's where it takes such a dark turn. Fakai groomed the victims to look as young as possible under Epstein's direction. Epste would direct Fakai to bleach victims blonde and groom them like dolls into Epstein's
and others liking. How disgusting. Further upon information and belief, defendant Patrick Kums, one of Fikai's employees, facilitated enabling groom the victims to Epstein's liking and at his request. Fikai and Kums collaborated with Epstein so that the plaintiffs looked young and how he wanted them so that he could be sexually abused and have gender motivated violence committed against them. Frederick Fakai's flagship salon was located at 712 Fifth Avenue within the Hen Henry
Bendelle department store which was owned by Epstein's affiliate 12 minutesLesie Wexner until 2019. Fakai Hair products were carried at Victoria Secret stores. Epstein could not commit gender motivated violence and sex traffic hundreds of children and very young women without the ring of enablers who became richer with every year of abuse. Epstein used Fikai, his employees and his entities to intimidate and control over his victims. Epste frequently brought in groups of young
women and would have them sit on his lap and stroke his hair. Can you imagine witnessing that at Fikai salons? Frederick Fakai played a pivotal role in Epstein's grooming schemes by routinely providing salon services to women at Epstein's instruction. And then here the lawsuit says Sarah Kellen also provided testimony and named Frederick Fakai as an enabler and abuser. She testified she was sexually assaulted by Fakai in the early 2000s. This lawsuit
is brought pursuant to New York New York's now this is a New York City law gender motivated violence 13 minutesprotection act. On January 29th 2026 an amendment to the GMVA was enacted by the New York City Council. Remember I covered this about a week and some change ago that this is a law that is a New York Citybased law. It is not a city New York statute, excuse me, state statute. It
is a New York City law. It allows survivors of gender motivated violence who were harmed prior to January 9th, 2022 to file suit against their abuser and/or any individual or entity who enabled the conduct of that abuser. So that is what the law is that they're traveling under here. It is one count of a violation of the GMVA, the gender motivated violence act. And the plaintiffs are from the states of New
York, Idaho, Montana, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Florida. And the allegations go as far back as 1996. And the youngest of ages of any of these plaintiffs was approximately when the girl was only 16 years old. And then they range from 16 to 18 to 19 to 17 to 24. I mean folks, but but but the amazing thing is and by the way my hat off to Merson Law, Jennifer Plain and Jordan
Merson. They are representing a lot of these Epstein survivors and victims. The great thing about lawsuits like this is if they survive a motion to dismiss because motions to dismiss have been filed about this gender motivated violence act. They survive the motion to dismiss. The discovery of course is amazing and Fakai is alive. It's important to be able to pursue accountability by way of these civil lawsuits with people that I don't
know are actually alive. And and and this is great because putting aside Sarah Kellen's allegations that FAI sexually assaulted her, Fakai occupied the role of an enabler who had financial benefit as a result of enabling Epstein's sex trafficking ring. And we know that I told you of the 3,120 hits in the DOJ files, there were receipts and FKAI wasn't cheap. So, I wanted to share this news with you. I think it's
good news and I'm glad to see that people are brave and that they're pursuing this type of litigation because this is how we get transparency. This is how we get answers. We're not getting it from the Trump DOJ. Attorney General Todd Blanch protecting his personal client Donald Trump and the Epstein elite. is not helping. So these are the types of lawsuits that help push towards exposure and at the same time provide
an avenue for the recovery of financial damages, right? Not only compensatory for the trauma and the physical and and and and mental harm, but the punitive damages to send to send a message that we don't do this and if you do this, you will pay handsomely for your enabling. Important work here. very important work here. Be mad, be outraged, demand accountability like Merson Law is doing on behalf of these plaintiffs. We'll
watch this lawsuit like we watch everything here at Katie Fang News very carefully. Chapter 1: The whistleblower's death We have breaking news for you today on Narrative and we're joined by Kate Justice, who we haven't seen for a long time on Narrative. It's great to have you back, Kate. How are you? Thank you. I'm doing pretty well. I'm excited to talk with you today. All right. There's a big story that's been developing over the last few days involving the whistleblower
that first identified Howard Lnik's involvement with Jeffrey Epstein. His name is Simon Andrish and this is what he looks like. Um, now he is no longer alive. He committed suicide late in September or so we're told uh at the age of 57. It's a very young age for this uh person to have left this world. Uh before that he was a very successful banker working for Lutnik's companies in London and in
other parts of Europe. Now in 2020 it was Simon Andre who went to the FBI about Howard Lutnik. It was this guy who first told us, never mind, here I am, that Howard Lucknik uh was involved in all sorts of Russian money laundering with the Russian mob, that he was involved with Jeffrey Epstein, that Jeffrey Epstein had sold him the house next door for a mere $10. And he alleged that a
lot of the charities that Lutnik was involved in, including his 911 charity, were all fraudulent. Now he's dead. We don't know why, but we know that he is uh we don't know why he committed suicide, but we suspect it's because he wrote in his last post that he was concerned that he um well, he wrote that he was released more information around Jeffrey Epstein. And there was some concern about in in
his last post about how he had been um really had to suffer for many years. He and his family had to suffer for many years with all of the um retribution that he faced because he came out. Now, we have some breaking news on the story in just a minute, but I know Kate, you've um you've been aware of the story 2 minutesfor a long time. Um you've been following the Advent
aspect of the story, which is one of the things um uh Andre was meant to have uncovered. But tell us more about your reaction to hearing the news that he committed suicide or allegedly committed suicide. I actually um it was it was really unsettling. I mean, it's always very unsettling when you hear about somebody taking their own life, especially somebody who's been a whistleblower or anything, but just um for me personally,
because I've I've been working on this Howard Lutnik and Adfinn, and I personally am working to get um an investigation opened into Howard Lutnik. And so when that happened, it it was, you know, kind of like a gut punch. It's a little scary to continue to do the work that we do. sometimes knowing what happens. Chapter 2: Lutnick's Epstein ties Yeah. A lot of people die when they talk about Jeff Epstein
or Howard Lutnik or any of the insiders when it comes to the Epstein network. It's just one of the very very clear risks of doing this kind of work. Um you know you and I have been investigating Lutnik for a long time. How Howard Lutnik is of course the commerce secretary for Donald Trump in his current regime cabinet. He is um an interesting guy by all accounts and surprised he still has
his job considering how he lied about his knowledge of Jeffrey Epstein. He initially came out and said he had stopped his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. And mind you, this is his neighbor, the person he lived next door to in 2005 when we found out in the Epstein files in February, uh his relationship lasted way longer than 2005. He'd been doing business deals. He'd visited the island all the way until 2012. So,
here is um a guy who lied in front of Congress and elsewhere about his involvement with Jeffrey Epstein and he still has his job in the Commerce Department as the head of the Commerce Department in in Trump's government. It's kind of mind-boggling to think that that isn't a qualification for immediate firing in this Trump regime. I I don't think anything qualifies to get anyone fired anymore because I agree with you. I
I don't understand how that can happen. how you can directly lie to Congress about something so important and still have a position because we know so we know that you know in 2012 yeah that like we we know it definitely went to that but I believe I can't remember the exact year but I mean it was like 2016 maybe and there's an email of either Epstein to Lutnik or vice versa like
asking about Adfin the company and like how it was doing and so this is the same guy Lutnik who was like, I had no idea Epstein was even part of this company. He also told Congress that. But you know, there's a document where they both signed it. Well, tell us about Aden. It's such an interesting thing because, you know, why did he first well tell us what it is and then why
did he run away from just 5 minutesacknowledging that there was a a relationship there that was business. So, Adfin at first sounded kind of boring, right? like it sounds kind of like oh we're collecting data around um advertising and you know we're putting all of this data together and they were planning to sell it as like an index of information to other companies to use and so on and so forth and
I'm like why would anybody like who cares like why do we want this and so as my research has gone on I've learned that Adfin was in conjunction with many other companies they all kind were created to gather different information and the idea is that they would use this information together to for various things. So like with adfin the idea was to gather you know like I imagine it was presented as
like we're going to help price um you know placements ad placements and things like that based on this data and behavior from people how many people clicked here and did they respond to this and did they buy and blah blah blah. So it's like kind of boring data stuff but which helps target advertising basically is what we're talking about in the financial sector. Exactly. And so you know they had worked together
to create this and you know I'm like why does this matter but it it ties in with um Epstein also had another company I think it was like financial informatics and things like that. So there was lots of data gathering companies that all kind of worked together. And from what we can see now as far as the AI stuff goes, this is all things that Epstein and the Epstein class were talking
about in as early as you know 2012. um as AI and how to um make it you know something that we are completely dependent on and how to integrate it and how the AI aspect what 7 minuteswhat the benefit of that is when you have all this data. So all this data is great but it's only so useful until you have things like AI that can do things that you know we
would have never been able to do with it. And we know that Epstein was pitching Vladimir Putin about a whole um range of uh new banking system sort of a new cryptocurrency world as I think it was very early on in the crypto development and that's the kind of thing that would need this kind of data. So someone like Howard Lutnik who's a very powerful cancer Fitzgerald CEO has a lot of
information already about the markets but also needs new information because he needs to be able to be ahead of the market would find it very useful to be in bed with Jeffrey Epstein on a project like this and you know knowingly that he was a rapist knowing that he had been found guilty of sexual abuse knowing that he'd been found guilty of trafficking um a young woman. So, it's a uh it's
remarkable to me still that both Donald Trump and and uh Howard Lutnik have such close personal ties to Jeffrey Epstein. It's almost bely's belief and it sure does look like when you look at the Adfford project that there was more than just personal relations. There was obviously a financial business relationship with Jeffrey Epstein and Howard Lutnik that should never have made him um qualify for a for a position like the commerce
secretary. It seems you know especially knowing his intelligence background and all these other things we know. He described Epstein himself as one of the best black mailers in the world. Why would you go into business with a guy like that and why should we trust you as a commerce secretary? Right? That's my thought. So, someone who would say that and clearly has a significant relationship with the man, why would we as
a country want to invite somebody who likely has been blackmailed? And there's even an email in the Epstein files where I don't know 9 minutesthe context because I don't have any other emails around it, but it seems somebody had left a cell phone behind somewhere and someone was emailing Epstein to tell them it was Lutnik. And it's like how how is there no relation how can a man claim how can letnick
claim that there is no relationship with him and Epstein when there's so much in there and that's just what they gave us. I mean I can't imagine what has been withheld. I I know most of the stuff that I personally need to continue to put my dots together are definitely from the early 2000s and I have very very little for that. You know, it's so interesting uh how how there is this
this giant black period where we just don't know leading up to 2008 and certainly that's been a project of mine to focus on 2008 and the manipulation of that market into the crash by Jeffrey Epstein and his network and we just don't have that email. We don't have those emails from that period of time. They just blanked out and we should we know they exist. 10 minutesYeah, absolutely they exist and I'm
sure the FBI has them. So why they've been completely redact you know and not released and maybe there's some technical reason for it but I doubt there is a technical reason I think it shows a lot of complicity amongst the network in the crash of 2008 and then some. Now, back to Simon Andrea. He's an interesting dude, right? He's um he's was a, you know, good well-known banker. Chapter 3: FBI and
DOJ failures He was a managing director at one of the Howard Lutnik companies. Um and he in 2020 calls the FBI and reveals a couple of things about Howard Lutnik that had previously been untold. They vetted him. They said, "Well, we know this uh this guy obviously knows his stuff cuz he works for uh Howard Lutnik and he seems like the real thing. So, we're going to bring him in for an
interview." they do a big interview with him. So now there's a second 302. Both of these 302s and 302s are the kinds of things that are basically uh police investigation notes or interview notes where they interview somebody um in an investigation. So they're official documents. And both of those 302s landed up being released with the Epstein files in February. That's when I first published the story saying, "Hey, Howard Lutnik seems like
he's got a lot more to do with with Jeffrey Epstein than we had thought." Um, and I read the all 302s. I had not seen until much later that his name was actually not redacted. And's name was not redacted inside those 302s. Now, I didn't publish a story mentioning his name because I didn't know that was his name. Um, but months later, we figured out that it was his name. And we
can walk you through some of these 302s, look at the some of these allegations, and show you exactly where the names were uh not redacted as they should have been. Now I'm using a slightly different system here. So I hope everything works and if it doesn't I hope everyone can hear me still. Can you hear me Kate? Yep. Yep I can hear you. Yeah. So in this particular slide this is part
you know it's a bit hard to read unfortunately because the way it came out but this is um the same 302 we were describing. You can see the first word there and a N d r e i s z spelled differently than the one um which is currently circulating. Not sure which is the right one. I assume this is the wrong one. uh Andre um advised I can't even rewrite that. Advised
the day of the the day of the charity day trading. This is the the there was a day that Howard Luting at his company was raising money for the people that died in 911. And that was um a you know they had this day where all the brokers fees were donated to charity. Turns out that was a a fraud and that Howard Lutnik actually pocketed the money. But in addition to that,
what we have now is evidence that, you know, basically says that Andrea believed that u he stole the money, but also the FBI let that name go through. They knew this guy was a whistleblower. They knew he was at risk of being, you know, being targeted. You wouldn't just do that. So while they were unredacting um some of the key um sorry redacting some of the key um people who should have
been redact unredact like like Leon Black and others um they left the whistleblower unredacted in this 302 which is astonishing and a complete failure of the FBI and the DOJ failure and it still has not come to light. I mean this is the first time I'm telling people about this. I don't think people have yet connected how of a what a complete disaster this is in terms of the DOJ and don't
forget it's Todd Blanch that was involved in this entire operation the current AG responsible directly reporting directly to Donald Trump that's how he this these um documents were redacted and unredacted so what's your reaction to that I just I I'm not surprised because it's actually to to your exact point was they spent so much time redacting the criminals and the people who should have been left unredacted and they didn't do their
job and they didn't protect whistleblowers. They didn't protect victims and their families. They didn't protect survivors. I personally, when these first came out, sent multiple files to the the DOJ to say, "Please take these down or correctly redact them." Uh, I mean, I had one file. It must have been a 100 pages long, and it was of a 14-year-old girl, and it was her entire file, and it had nothing redacted. It
was just the first page was redacted, and then the entire rest of it was not redacted. It had her social security number. And I'm like, I this is completely unacceptable. And so I think with this guy though, it's strategic because I feel like releasing this with his name in it is is a threat without having to threaten him. Like this is what we can do and we know and here we are.
He's no longer did that with the victims as well. I mean a lot of the victims uh were survivors of the Jeffrey Epstein uh case were also outed in these Epstein files. 15 minutesBut now we have a whistleblower that is outed in these Epstein files and he's no longer alive. Um, now there's more to Chapter 4: Systemic risks to witnesses this because maybe by revealing his name, it set in motion a
set of circumstances that are quite unsettling because at the time that his name was unknown, he was still become he was still reserve received protection from the uh financial regulator in Britain. Um, I'll get to the name in just a second. But once the name was revealed, when we're not sure if it was him or the BBC that revealed it or the DOJ that uh files that revealed it, the same regulator
told him that they were not going to provide him any protection any further. So now he was left both named and public by the DOJ and left unprotected by the regulator in the UK, which left him basically a sitting duck. And there's a big investigation now being launched in the UK as to why the the regulators decided they had to pull his entire protection at the time and we're going to find
out what that means. But what we're seeing here is a series of actions that really endangered his life. He went through hell. You know, he he died in Thailand just in late September as a you know, living in a trauma center, we're told um because he was so fearful of everything that had happened to him. Y he had talked about the retribution against himself and his family and these, you know, who
is doing the retribution here. Who's taking action against this man and his family? Well, who's the person who benefits from this? And the person that benefits from it is Howard Lut. Yep. And if you think about this, this is very similar to what happened with Virginia and uh her situation. And I mean, she went through hell to to put this information out there and to try to keep her family safe and
herself safe. And she she paid the price for it. And it's just this pattern that we keep seeing. Um, and I feel like at this point I don't know, like I I don't know who to even look to because in a normal situation we would look to our DOJ to be like, "Hey, what is going on?" But the DOJ is literally in the freaking Epstein file. So, I mean, like, I don't
know. I don't know what else to to to do because it's like Todd Todd Blanch there. there is an email that includes him in the Epstein files and it's an update on um something to do with the case. So, it's just really interesting that he would have been included in this um and he's somehow not recused. Like I just I don't understand how we have even gotten here and how we can
have Congress members who can wake up and look at themselves in the mirrors. like I I don't it is a really big you know even the Congress Congress's reaction or the congressional members reaction to this has been very muted. We've had one uh ex post I guess by Massie that came out. But there's there has not been a sort of an outcry as you'd expect in a situation like this. You know,
in a normal context, if the commerce secretary was involved in a scandal as big as this and one of the key whistleblowers was uh found dead in Thailand, having been revealed by the DOJ, having been revealed by um the FBI files under the opaces of the current attorney general Todd Blanch, who directly answers to Donald Trump. This would be a scandal of the highest order. It's not even cracking the front pages
of the newspapers. No. Um and that is a sign of how much the uh Epstein files has been suppressed by the m by the mainstream media. It's really only those of us here on Substack and other places that are doing any work on this. Yep. Chapter 5: Media and history suppression You you know Ellie, Katie Fang, I mean these are people who are working on this story day in and day out.
Um but there is not a mainstream media um focus on this in a way you'd expect. It's really being suppressed by the media. It's wild to me and I I keep thinking because I'm a big um history lover and I I've always loved to read about history and I've just always been kind of fascinated too with the way history is preserved, right? So living through things like even 911, living through that
and then seeing now how it's retold, it's always just kind of an interesting thing. So, it's interesting to me to think about in the next decade or so how this is going to be explained, how people are going to talk about this because there's going to be no way to explain this without just flat out saying how complicit the mainstream media was in all of this because they did not do their
job. They they are not doing their job. They're failing us. And that's not that's not to say anything negative about the reporters, so to speak, because they're working for a company. They're they're following orders. you know, they're doing their job and a lot of them have said, "I've had enough." And they've left and 20 minutesthey've started their own, you know, Substack or whatever it is. But there's a lot of them that
are still going along with it. And so, it's going to be interesting, I think, to see how how this is retold because I mean, you think about Watergate and like how much of it like we that word alone is just this like scandal, you know? You just think, "Oh my gosh." And that is like not even a blip on our little radar of how insane this all is right now. Yeah. I
mean it is so interesting how much even events like Watergate are dwarfed by this in the enormity of this scandal. Not just the Epstein scandal, the whole Trump Epstein network that has sort of taken over uh democracy and our government and is not letting go. Um you know they always say that same group of people always say that they get to rewrite history. It's they are the people who write history. um
because if they're the winners or that victors always get to write history. Um you know, so that's what they're thinking is that they will get to keep us drowned out that they'll suppress the story and that they will win this battle against democracy and that should send chills down everyone's spine is their intention is not to lose this battle. They don't think they're going to lose. They're going full steam ahead to
destroy democracy and with it they will bury a lot of their criminal history. Um, and it'll just be wiped out from everyone's knowledge. At this point, I'm pretty positive most of these people are um just they are planning to be oligarchs themselves and they all are that is the plan. I mean, there's even an email or a text message or something, and I'm not sure who Epstein was talking to because it's
redacted, but he's telling this person that he wants to see them as an oligarch, and like it's a person that he's coaching and and bringing into, you know, the network and everything. And so, it just really seems like they've realized that they can privatize everything and we will have no choice, right? And and in one of the research papers that I found in the Epstein 22 minutesfiles, it was from 2012 and
it has to do um with all the AI and what it it t it actually references the 2008 crash and kind of how they became too big to fail because we were so dependent on it. The government had no choice but to figure this out. And so it actually used this as an example for the AI actually if you share I'll send it to you I'll send it to you and it's
a research paper. So they talk about how um this is an example. So if they can almost and I don't know in this paper if they were saying let's do this but like or as like a warning but um it it explains how if we can essentially get people hooked on the AI there they won't be able to regulate it because it's going to be so integrated into everything that we do
by the time we've realized what we've done we won't be able to regulate it because it would take everything down. kind of the same way the banks if we just let them go because they screwed it up we would all pay for it. So that's kind of what the plan was I think with all this AI and that goes back to Lutnik and ADF fin and all this stuff and I think
this has been a very long game and I think we're kind of at the finish line of it so to speak in a lot of ways and so it's it's should be Chapter 6: AI, surveillance, and power absolutely terrifying to everybody um that these particular people are the ones in control right now. Yeah, this will be mass control by the AI if they are able to do this without the regulation that
even the AI themselves are calling uh for. You know, it's interesting that Donald Trump has first said he was opposed to any regulation, but it's not exactly what he's done. He's now formed a committee inside the intelligence services to control AI. Um, and they've got 120 days to reveal their recommendations. That does not sound to me like a attempt to regulate it in favor of the consumer. They're attempting to regulate it
in effect for surveillance and government capture. Um, and we're seeing that evidence day in and day out. Teal has already done this. Elon Musk, all of them, they've already integrated into our government in ways that would be very hard for us to change that right now. Think about like at work, you know, if you work in an office and you guys use, you know, um, Teams, imagine trying to change everyone off
of Teams and it's like, you can do it, but it's like you have to you have to change everything and the the systems and the automations and all of these things. So at this point, they have spent decades integrating into our government in a way where we're not going to be able to function without it and we're not going to be able to regulate them either. So that's where this whole privatization
thing is. Absolutely. You talk about rewriting history. Yeah. You know, even on the government website that is now this AI that.gov has um you know, it does not tell you whether Donald Trump um won or lost the 2020 elections. It just says it can answer that question and that is a very clear example of how they intend to rewrite history and um you know according to the US government's AI he didn't
lose that election that is a stunning thing when you think about the US government making that claim and imagine that extrapolate that to absolutely every other fact in history and you've got a real a real nightmare developing yes your books have never been more important hard copy books keep them all right it's it is so True. I mean, I'm I'm so reliant on AI that sometimes I think to myself, what if
I unplugged it all? Um, you know, would I be able to do the kind of research that I do, which is, you know, millions and millions of documents all the time, right? Same. I use it for the same purpose, like searching through things. I mean, there's there's so much benefit to it, but at the same time, it's like you you have to be able to maintain the skill set, I guess, to
be able to do it, which, you know, we could do that. It's just it would have taken us probably a hundred years to go through all of those documents the way that we've been able to filter through them with some assistance. I've been doing this panel with three AI uh chats bots I guess uh Gemini Claude and um and uh and chat GPT and it's fascinating to hear them repeatedly tell us
as the users do not trust us. Just because we say things with confidence doesn't mean we're right. challenge us all the time. And that's the AIS themselves admitting that something is very weird in the system. Um, and yet here we have the government deciding not to regulate it for consumers, but deciding to regulate it for the spy and intelligence sector. And that tells you where this may be going and how important
it is that people pay attention to this very topic. So important. Yeah. Let's look at a couple more documents quickly before we wrap up on Andre, then we'll go to Ellie and see uh how things are developing at moment. Um, I guess these are going to be very hard Chapter 7: Investigative documentation to read, but these are more of these 302s where he makes these claims. We've shown you this one. Uh,
they're saying that uh Andre was working with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and uh I can't read that. And was eligible for the whistleblower program. You know, he was he did actually land up getting paid $420,000 in a settlement uh with Howard Lutnik's companies. So, he's definitely, you know, legitimate in terms of his whistleblower status. Here's the FBI 302 that we're describing here. And in this case, I think the the name
is is blanked out. Um, and one more if I haven't seen it. I think we've seen that one. Um, this is the other one we showed you already. Okay. So, there you go. Um, interestingly enough, when they were vetting Lutnik for his position as the commerce secretary, the FBI ran what they normally do. They check in. They vet the person for security purposes and otherwise. And they decided to vet uh Howard
Lutnik because he was a key commerce secretary likely um appointee. And they did not. And even though he showed up in multiple multiple files, and I don't remember the exact number, but you'll see it in the story that I have, um, and I'll post that downstairs. He showed up in multiple files as being a money launderer, as being connected to not just one big case, but two, the Epstein case and a
money laundering investigation that they did not open any investigations after the Andre first uh made those allegations against Lutnik in 2020 and 2021. They just chose not to do that. Um, and still today there's not been a single investigation into Howard Lutnik and his despite this guy being very credible like because it's not like it's some just random tip that they got from a guy on the street. It's like this is
a person that worked for Howard Lutnik at a very high level. It wasn't just some, you know, intern. It's like this guy knew what he was talking about and put his entire life and family at risk to put this information in the hands of our government who decided not to do anything with it. Yeah. And then released his name publicly and then released his name. Yeah. Endangering his life. Um uh one
last thing. Um so this is the uh Financial Conduct Authority. That's the regulator that's now been tasked with investigating this for saying why they told him he wasn't uh getting protection anymore. Since expressing our condolences, we'd asked Leah Patterson, who has just joined our board as a non-executive director, to review how we interacted with Mr. Andre, to learn any lessons for the future, but they dropped the ball. Whether they dropped the
ball intentionally, we don't know. But it certainly seems like the DOJ in not, you know, not successfully redacting this name, really covering up for the for the criminals involved in the MC network and revealing the names of the victims and the whistleblowers may have contributed to um the this narrative which involves the death at a very early age at 57 of uh Simon Andre which is just uh appalling. Um it is
and and the man tried to do something very important. you know, he was trying to get information to our government to stop corruption and there's, you know, just no excuse for not protecting him. Um, at least as far as just keeping his name redacted. I mean, at the very least, absolutely. Um, that is the very talented Kate Justice. Thank you for being here today. Let me just try and do this. Oh,
there you go. Nice to see you. Um, Kate, you've been doing so much terrific work around this, um, and other stories. Um tell us what people can find on your website right now because I know there is um a lot of information around this but there's there's a lot more that you've been investigating. Chapter 8: Ongoing research challenges Yes. Um so I have it actually this past like week or so has
been one year since I published my first Epstein investigation. So I had kind of just gone back through everything and tried to summarize. You're such a lightweight. I've done 10 years. So I know it's crazy. I can't even believe it's been one year for me. I can't believe it either. you know. Yeah. But your work has been very very helpful because you have dove into a lot of things that really nobody
else has. Especially with Howard Letic there really that has been a focus of mine has been Howard Letic. I very much really want to have an investigation opened into him and I will continue to investigate him and send things to the oversight committee. Um, and then the other thing that I found recently that I'm kind of exploring is there was an older um, investigation called Operation Chain Reaction. And in there, Epstein
is one of the targets. And so there's a memo that describes a lot of this that's, you know, heavily redacted and and hard to follow. But in the Epstein section where they're they're describing him, they cited um like a profer I think it was um to talk about how Epstein and and Gileian Maxwell had a specific kind of relationship and a certain phrase was used that I can't remember. But so I
found that profer and I found where that came from and it was Virginia's from Australia. So, in my mind, I'm thinking, okay, so doesn't that qualify this as part of the Epstein files to begin with, and then in that memo, they site two spreadsheets um that I can't find anywhere. So, those seem to be missing, and they seem like they should go with the Epstein files. So, at this point, I'm trying
to figure out if these are things I can sue for, similarly to Katie Fang. Um, but I I have to I have to do some of the legal sheets were supposed to show us. I don't actually like cuz it's the the memo is hard to follow because there's so much redacted, but I don't have any proof of this, but I personally think that chain reaction may lead us back to Paulo Zimpoli.
And I think that's part 33 minutesof why some of and maybe even Melania, I don't know. So, I think that there's something here that needs to be explored and I'm I'm still trying to decipher what I can and then also find, you know, legal help who can tell me a little bit more about what I'm seeing and and what can or can't.
That's really interesting. you know, Paulo ZAMPOLI also a focus of mine recently and it's all about, you know, he's also working for this administration, another Epstein insider job in a job that
it's not it's it's a real job because he's going around the world gaining a lot of influence and and basically being the bagman or alleged Bagman, let me say that for Donald Trump. You know, he's pocketing all the stuff that that lands up in Donald Trump's back pocket, like Boeing jets and all sorts of other things. But he is working for the American taxpayer. You know, he's currently the special envoy for global partnerships, which is just a code name, a code word for we're making deals with all the mob criminal enterprises around the world in order to get things done, and governments around the world, we should say.
So, is there a difference though at this point? That's hard to find. Hard to find the difference, right? It is what they are.
So Kate Justice it um it's it's it's got an unusual name and it's downwind of the truth.
It was it comes from because a lot of my work started working on
um environmental stuff cuz where I live is very polluted by General Electric and there's this whole other coverup that I started working on. That's how I became Kate Justice. And um so downwind they used to have in one area they were called downwinders and they were downwind of all of the pollution. So I kind of flipped it and we're downwind of truth, you know. So we're getting little pieces of it and
I'm here collecting it and putting it together for us. It sounds like the similar kind of case to all these uh data data centers that are being built everywhere. We just don't know the environmental damage that's going to cause Aaron Brochovich does cuz she is on that case. So, cheers. Cheers. Um, before you go, uh, I don't know if you you have to run cuz I know you've got all sorts of
kids is and, you know, life issues to deal with. Um, but if you need to, um, you can do you can do that, but if not, here's Ellie Leonard. Ellie Leonard is right now. She's going to join us live, Chapter 9: Protest and civic engagement but she she couldn't because of the connection downtown Manhattan. She's at MoMA, where the Museum of Modern Art, where they are putting together a protest against the
Museum of Modern Art. What they're trying to do is get another Epstein associate um one by the name of Leon Black to be removed from the MoMA uh committee. Uh he's a trustee there and they want him to be removed from um from that organization. He's of course a huge art guy. In my investigation, uh, we uncovered the fact that Epstein, um, and Black were involved in a in a scheme basically
to make it look like they were selling artwork when they were not in order that in order to avoid taxes. Uh, and this this current protest is being done by the Ultraviolet group, um, which also had involvement with the Harvey Weinstein investigation and it's also being done by the Epstein bookmobile, uh, which is a truck carrying 440 volumes of the files. Um, it must be heavy to drive that around. So, Ellie's
uh downtown right now. She couldn't join us live, but she sent us this video. So, let's listen to her as she reports from the MoMA protest. So, we are parked out front of Momma and they are demanding Can't see you. Let me try again. Let me try that again. We'll try again. It's the first time I've done this. We'll get it. So, we are parked out front of MoMA and they are
demanding the ouster of Leon Black who funds Momma, but also is good friends with Epstein and Donald Trump. They are out here trying to get us to move off the property. Um, making calls, calling police, I'm assuming. Here is the Epstein bookmobile. It is parked right out front and uh fully permitted, but they are again we are out front of MoMA and I think they are trying to get us to leave
currently. They have some kind of paperwork out. So, we'll see what happens. I have to say personally that is not a good look for Momma. I understand why, you know, when you work in an institution and you have tourists and you have a business to run and and you're trying to not bring attention to negative things, but I feel like MoMA, this is an opportunity. I just feel like I come from
a marketing and PR background, right? So, that was my career before this. So, my brain always goes there, right? Like, how do we deal with this? And I I just cannot believe that they would they would use this opportunity to try to force them off the property instead of saying, "Hey, you know, that's a fairly reasonable request. I mean, I understand that the guy is providing money and this is a much
bigger situation than typically your average protest. It shouldn't be that hard a choice. You know, it's not really for them. I mean, they should be able to say goodbye to Leon Black's money because what we're learning about this is that a lot of the stuff is laundered. You know, the value of these art pieces are a result of them being laundered left, right, and center. People have elevated the price of art
so much because they're basically using it as an easy way to move um their money around the world without being tracked. That's why so many of these guys are involved in the art world. But Leon Black is is pushing back in every front. you know, he recently, I think the committee that's investigating um Jeffrey Epstein was cited him for contempt. Um you know, he is under investigation for that. Uh and he
intends to fight absolutely every attempt to find out what his involvement was was with Jeffrey Epstein, which was, you know, to the tune of $158 million or thereabouts. Um but it shows you how these oligarchs with all their money and all these you know huge um huge ability to tap into the network they were able to protect themselves in a way that the victims and Mr. Andre were just not able to.
Um, and that's why there's such an imbalance in the system right now that even in the face of all this evidence, when there is tons of evidence, we're still in a situation where someone like Leon Black can fight it and fight back so hard and maybe not have to face the consequences of what he did with Jeffrey Epstein. And it's it's really unbelievable because Leon Black also there was the settlement in
um the Virgin Islands and it it in the settlement it says that this a large portion of the money from Leon Black funded Jeffrey Epstein's trafficking operation. Now I'm not saying that it says that he he knowingly funded all of this stuff, which I'm sure he did, but he he regardless the man's money funded this operation. He has all of these other things. There's so many allegations against him. Um, not to
mention his uh his co-founder of the Apollo group there is on the board of peace with Jared Kushner. Yeah. Also gave Jared Kushner a $150 million gift when he was still working in the White House in terms of a loan. I mean, and that's in the Epstein files cuz they were like, "Oh man, they were talking about what a crisis that was. Like, we got to deal with this." Yeah. You know,
it's it's so interesting. You talk about uh Leon Black and his funding of Epstein. When we did the investigation around his artwork, you know, he basically sold his art. So, he had a fancy piece of art, a masterpiece. He pretended to sell it to Jeffrey Epstein because in in that sale, he was avoiding taxes. There was a window with which you could avoid taxes if you were selling piece of art. And
Epste knew about this loophole which has since been closed. But basically he sold the art to himself through Jeffrey Epstein and then Jeffrey Epste then transferred the art back. But you know in the meantime there was all this money swishing around uh fake art brokers and all sorts of other uh you know money that they were being making they were making off the taxes that they were not paying and that's why
so much money was involved with Jeffrey Epstein. But it's that money that helped fund a lot of the Epstein operation. So it tells you exactly what you know what you're saying is absolutely right for MoMA or for any other institution to be taking this money is like taking uh you know it's blood money. It's basically blood money. Yeah room for and there's more than enough uh oh we lost Kate. Uh I
don't know why we lost you but hopefully you'll come back and if not we might end it anyhow because it is the end of the show. Um we will take some questions. So, um, while we wait for Kate, if you have anything else, uh, that you want to share, uh, in the in the chats here, happy to answer all of this. Um, here we go. Kate's back. Hi. Sorry. My phone's on
do not disturb, but my mother's one of the few people that can get through and she just called, so she can interrupt us whenever she wants. Yeah. Um, but all I was saying was just that for, you know, there's more than enough money in New York City alone, never mind the world, for people who can fund MoMA. Momma does not need Leon Black's money. Let's put it that way. Just to be
clear, Momma does not need Leon Black's money. There are other options for this. And I I just there I there's going to be so much backlash for Momma. I just I can't believe that they would be out there trying to kick protesters off the street. That's a stunning thing that Ellie's reporting that they're actually asking them to leave. Now, I'm not sure that that's exactly what's happening there, but that seems to
be the indication. That it's what it looks like at this point to her. Yeah. You know, which is so um appalling because not only does that put them on the wrong side of history, it puts them on the wrong side of the scandal. puts them on the on the side of the uh child abusers and the human traffickers and not on the side of the survivors, which is such a optically the
worst look for moment possible. This is not the kind of thing that this organization wants. Be a pretty easy choice to figure out how do we how do we handle this? So, I mean, I just I feel like they should have known if they have any of these names on any boards or as donors or anything that you you should already be making a plan for when this information comes to light
and how you're going to address it. And especially on black, though, no, I'm sure it's not. That's probably part of why they're trying to minimize it if that's what's happening. But it's like I just I don't understand just from a marketing PR side of this like you know not even just from having a conscience and morals but just marketing and PR like this is a that's a choice to make. Yeah. Yeah.
Cuz no one's on the side of Leon Black in this story. I mean literally nobody. So for them to be lining up behind Leon Black, you know, he's a lost cause anyhow. You'd imagine. But again, like like Donald Trump, like Leon Musk, like everybody else, they feel like they're going to win this. And that's why it's so important that Americans realize how high the stakes are this November and how important it
is that everyone votes votes early and makes their choices clear in the largest volume of people that we can imagine because this is a runaway train of corruption, a runaway train of criminality that is taking over the American people really I don't think understand how serious this is. This is not like anything we've ever seen in the history of our country. I I cannot find any real parallel that I have been
a you know just as as a person who likes history and likes to read I just there's been situations but not anything like what we're seeing nothing this is a takeover of America this is a complete wholesale takeover yeah and everything that we know about America loved about America in the past is is being changed right in front of our eyes and I I've heard you say that before and I just
want you to underline that because I don't think people realize how uh big a deal this is. This is not something you can just wish away or pretend that if you don't see you don't talk about it, it'll just go away. It gets far worse from here if they're able to succeed in their plan. Um so because that's what it is is a plan. So from what I that's what I've been
able to establish is that this really has been a longstanding plan to to to take over these things to privatize all of this because most of these people have been in in positions where they've benefited already for a long time and now they're ready to take it the step further and I feel like that's really what's happening and once that happens I mean there is no going back to the way it
was. Yeah. There's a network that has been um groomed and has been optimized and activated to keep doing what they're doing cuz they know the rewards are going to be rich when they get to the very end and the alternative is you know is a disaster for them. So they are incentivized beyond uh belief by Russia or the other entities involved in in in supporting this and and they're they will do
this. they are going to be determined to do this because they know everything else falls apart if they don't succeed. Um, and yet we are the people of America and we have a vote and last time I checked that's who votes in the government and that's who really has the power in the United States. But in order to really activate it this November, we need to show up in a huge amount
because I do droves to make a statement. Yeah. Yeah. There's going to be an attempt to screw things up uh in in in the election in November. There's just very little to support that they won't. I mean, there really is an attempt to rig the vote in many ways. Well, let's leave it there. Kate Justice, thank you so much for being here. Always great to see you. Hopefully, we'll have you back
on soon. It's uh everyone should subscribe to Kate Justice. You can just click on the link above my head here. Also, Ellie Leonard, who's out there on location. We didn't see her, but we heard her uh talking about what's going on with Momma and Leon Black. You can subscribe to her right above me over here, too. Uh, I'll be back at three o'clock with uh Dean Bundelle for the FiveStack. It'll be
a big one tonight. So, we'll see you then. And thanks so much, Kate. Nice to see you. Thank you. Thank you, everybody. Bye, everybody.

FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION
Date of entry 04/05/2071
[DELETE] [Simon Andriesz] ([DELETE]), date of birth [DELETE] Home telephone number +[DELETE], was interviewed telephonically by FBI Special Agents [DELETE]. After being advised of the identities of the interviewing Agents and the nature of the interview, [DELETE] provided the following information:
[Simon Andriesz] [DELETE] had been in the securities business for 32 years. He was at [DELETE] [DELETE] from 2012 to 2017. From 2012 to 2015 he was based [DELETE] [DELETE]. In 2015, he transferred to [DELETE] New York location at [DELETE]. [DELETE] was running the [DELETE] [DELETE] branches of his unit out of his location in the New York office. He held a Series 30 license which meant he supervised regulatory reporting and held the most senior position in his unit. [DELETE] managed 50 people. He was in New York until March of [DELETE] when he left [DELETE]
Related to the fraud allegations [DELETE] [Simon Andriesz] made in his initial complaint to the FBI, [DELETE] highlighted rope traders were gaining access to the electronic trading platform at [DELETE] from their homes. [DELETE] [DELETE], the co-head of brokerage, was able to override controls that were in place. To cover losses at [DELETE], people within the company tried to rob [DELETE] pool of trading funds. The people trying to cover these losses would come to [DELETE] because he had the Series 30 license. By robbing the various trading pools to cover losses, [DELETE] advised it materialized the losses and the brokers were being robbed of revenue.
[DELETE] [Simon Andriesz] was involved in a global Ponzi scheme because they forced employees to pay 10% of their salary/bonus into a share scheme they never became vested in. Employees were told they could sell shares if they signed on to work at [DELETE] for four more years. Employees were never given voting rights for this scheme and the share prices were dropping.
[DELETE] [Simon Andriesz] advised [DELETE] and CANTOR FITZGERALD were well known for money laundering. CANTOR FITZGERALD had a history of crime. Senior officials have spoken about the money laundering occurred. PARABRIDGE INTERNATIONAL SERVICES (PIS) was an affiliate of [DELETE] and CANTOR FITZGERALD. PIS was where payroll passed through in addition to the money raised on charity days. They were part of the compliance division. [DELETE] thought there were illegal wire transfers involving PIS. PIS was associated with DEUTSCHE BANK accounts in Singapore and Hong Kong. CANTOR FITZGERALD was paying brokers from foundations in other countries through PIS. PIS had hired an ex DEUTSCHE BANK CEO as Global President. The Panama Papers connected CANTOR FITZGERALD to shell companies.
HOWARD LUTNICK (LUTNICK) ran everything and he maintained a very small circle. LUTNICK instructed all of the fraud being committed. He used philanthropy as a smokescreen for illegal activity. CANTOR FITZGERALD was not doing well pre-9/11. After the events of September 11, 2001, CANTOR FITZGERALD was doing well. CANTOR FITZGERALD couldn't afford people's salaries and then was able to hire people and give people opportunities.
CANTOR FITZGERALD ran a global charity day in New York and London. They invited high profile celebrities to come in and join staff on the trading floor for the day. The charity day revenue was raised through the trades placed that day and employees gave up their salaries for the day. Brokers are paid on commission, and [DELETE] advised if CANTOR FITZGERALD was stealing the entire global revenues for the charity day, brokers couldn't earn their commission, even if they did not participate in the charity day. Charity days raised $9-10 million each year, and [DELETE] thought it was strange it raised nearly the same amount every year. Brokers were not given tax relief for the loss of revenue on charity days.
PIS handled all the funds raised in the United Kingdom on charity days and the associated wire transfers.
ANDREISZ advised the day of the charity day trading would shift if the publicized day was not a successful trading day.
LUTNICK was a neighbor of JEFFREY EPSTEIN (EPSTEIN) in the adjoining property at 11 E 71st Street, New York, New York. LUTNICK bought the property for $10 through a trust. LES WEXNER (WEXNER) and EPSTEIN owned the building. LUTNICK bought it in a very roundabout way from EPSTEIN.
[DELETE] advised there was a relationship between LIQUID FUNDING and executives at BEAR STERNS. When BEAR STERNS collapsed, the executives moved to [DELETE] or they went to a Russian hedge fund. [DELETE] advised BGC INTERNATIONAL was involved in crime and money laundering. BEAR STERNS had hundreds of subsidiaries in 2018. BGC INTERNATIONAL was the parent company of many of these subsidiaries to include JP MORGAN CHASE and BLACKROCK. BGC PARTNERS made subsidiaries all over the world to include Delaware, Cyprus, and Malta. BGC INTERNATIONAL used many of the same intermediaries as INTER JURA, which was associated with PAUL MANAFORT. RENAISSANCE CAPITAL was another company they were associated with.
[DELETE] advised he thought the money being laundered through CANTOR FITZGERALD and BGC INTERNATIONAL was from the Russian Mafia. That was what senior people in the trading market thought. It could also have been money made by CANTOR FITZGERALD through the frauds they were committing. AUBIN SECURITIES was associated with banned Russian entities.
LUTNICK gave SARAH FERGUSON (FERGUSON) office space above CANTOR FITZGERLAD in New York for the CHILDREN IN CRISIS (CIC) charity. GHISLAINE MAXWELL (MAXWELL) and FERGUSON would attend Dolce Vita Parties which raised money for CIC and STOW SCHOOL. CIC no longer existed.
[DELETE] advised he has never interacted with LUTNICK. He had contact with SEAN LYNN, the Chairman of BGC PARTNERS. ROBERTO "BOB" VELEZ was a whistleblower who had contact with LUTNICK through the board. VELEZ was an American citizen.
[DELETE] had never met EPSTEIN or MAXWELL. [DELETE] thought he met FERGUSON on a charity day, but wasn't sure.
[DELETE] was working with the COMMODITY FUTURES TRADING COMMISSION (CFTC) and he was eligible for their whistleblower program.
(Agent Note: After the conclusion of the interview, [DELETE] contacted SA [DELETE] telephonically asked if he could provide her contact information to the CFTC. SA [DELETE] provided that information to [DELETE].]
